The Palm Salon & Spa is a faith based, upscale salon seeking a high-energy, people-focused, and growth-minded individual to join our team as a Client Concierge & Salon Experience Coordinator. This role is essential to maintaining exceptional client experiences while actively supporting the growth, organization, and community presence of our salon.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Hospitality
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, elevated salon experience
- Offer beverages and refreshments to clients while they wait
- Maintain a calm, organized, and positive front-of-house atmosphere
- Ensure clients feel cared for from arrival to departure
Scheduling & Client Relations
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client inquiries
- Communicate with guests regarding services, availability, and policies
- Maintain accurate client information and notes within our system
Sales & Growth Support
- Educate clients on current promotions, specials, and new services
- Recommend and sell retail products and salon services
- Support business growth by increasing client retention and awareness
Salon Operations & Organization
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional space
- Help with daily opening and closing tasks
- Support management with operational tasks as needed
Events, Community & Brand Presence
- Assist with hosting charity events, client parties, and special events
- Help with setup, organization, and execution of salon events
- Contribute ideas for community outreach and local partnerships
Creative & Social Media Support
- Assist with social media content ideas, client interaction, and engagement
- Help capture behind-the-scenes moments and salon culture when needed
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Provide basic reports to management (client counts, sales tracking, etc.)
- Communicate important client feedback and trends to leadership
