North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position is in office and supports outside sales staff within the Renton, WA Corporate Office.
Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Order entry and management
- Inventory control
- Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation
- Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders
- Prepping orders for future invoicing
- Scheduling and coordinating freight
Starting Pay: $62,000-$72,000 DOE
