Pay: $23-25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
- Option to work one of the two options below:
- 3 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday thru Saturday OR Tuesday thru Saturday - 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (Once select option, that is the perm/ongoing shift)
- Flexibility required based on business needs
We are seeking a Onsite Coordinator to join our team at our North Aurora location. This is an immediate opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, warehousing, or human resources—or a desire to grow and learn within the staffing industry.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing our temporary staff at our valued clients, building relationships with the staff to ensure retention and great experience for the staff. Will manage all HR related issues and items related to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
As an Onsite Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Manager Relationships with staff and client
- Support onboarding of new staff to their first day of work
- Enter data into TempWorks, Google Sheets, and our Workforce Planning App for visibility on shift details
- Use Ai Recruiting tool to manage staffing needs
- Provide key details for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Represent the Brand: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates. A professional, friendly attitude is essential.
- Data Accuracy: Input candidate and disciplinary data with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Be flexible to adjust to changing schedules, hiring demands, and operational needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent Communication: Ability to interact confidently and clearly with candidates, managers, and team members.
- Customer Service Focused: Background in customer service, call centers, staffing, or HR is a plus. We will train the right candidate with a strong service mindset.
- Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with data entry, Excel, databases, and ATS platforms. Accuracy is key.
- Reliable & Punctual: Dependability is crucial in ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly and on time.
- Professional Presence: As a first impression of the company, you should be well-presented and courteous.
- Eager to Learn: We value individuals with a willingness to grow in the staffing and HR field.
- Experience Matters: Entry-level candidates are welcome, but preference is given to those with previous experience and a consistent work history.
