What You'll Be Doing
You'll help execute the digital marketing strategy for Team GJ while ensuring our websites, social media channels, email communications, and digital assets remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.
Working closely with our Corporate Marketing team, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, and external partners, you'll contribute to marketing initiatives that support multiple brands, industries, and customers around the globe.

Your Responsibilities
Website Management
You'll play a key role in maintaining Team GJ's digital presence by:
- Maintaining and updating multiple WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
- Creating and publishing landing pages for product launches, trade shows, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
- Publishing press releases, company news, careers, and product announcements.
- Managing website imagery and coordinating image synchronization with NetSuite.
- Monitoring website forms, customer registrations, and workflows to ensure they function properly.
- Processing WooCommerce customer registration requests and coordinating approvals with Customer Service.
- Identifying website issues and working with internal teams or outside partners to resolve them.
- Supporting SEO initiatives and continuous website improvements.
- Assisting with website analytics and reporting.
Social Media
Help tell the Team GJ story through engaging digital content.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content across Team GJ's family of brands.
- Writing compelling social media copy that reflects our brand voice.
- Supporting product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating graphics and creative assets with the Corporate Brand Strategist.
- Monitoring engagement and escalating customer inquiries when appropriate.
- Staying current on social media trends and recommending new ideas.
Email Marketing
Support customer communications by:
- Building and distributing marketing emails through Mailchimp.
- Executing product launch communications and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinating email graphics and supporting assets.
- Maintaining audience lists and email templates.
- Monitoring campaign performance and assisting with reporting.
Digital Marketing Support
You'll also help improve Team GJ's digital presence by:
- Coordinating digital advertising initiatives with third-party marketing agencies.
- Supporting Google Ads and SEO efforts.
- Organizing and maintaining digital marketing assets.
- Researching emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Utilizing AI-assisted creative tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining Team GJ brand standards.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, website administration, or a similar role.
- Experience managing WordPress websites.
- Experience administering WooCommerce websites.
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Experience managing business social media platforms.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar website analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
We're always excited to meet candidates who bring additional experience, including:
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Experience creating photorealistic product renderings from CAD models or engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as KeyShot, Blender, SolidWorks Visualize, or similar platforms.
- Experience utilizing AI-assisted creative tools to improve efficiency while maintaining brand quality.
- Experience coordinating Google Ads campaigns with external agencies.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Familiarity with website accessibility and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Experience supporting multiple brands within a corporate marketing environment.
