Badger Bob’s Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of electrical systems in residential environments. We are looking for a professional with a strong work ethic (especially when it comes to arriving on time), excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including panels, circuits, and lighting systems
- Perform inspections to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and solutions
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Stay current on electrical codes, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Service Titan experience is plus
- Must have own hand tools needed to do the job
