About the Role
We are seeking a polished and proactive Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing Private Client team. This individual will be responsible for managing a book of personal insurance clients, providing exceptional service, thoughtful coverage guidance, and hands-on claims advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing for assigned personal insurance accounts
- Build lasting relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Prepare renewals, re-marketing, and coverage reviews
- Advise clients on coverage needs and risk-management best practices
- Handle endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims coordination
- Collaborate with our internal team to deliver a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of Personal Lines account management experience (Private Client or High-Net-Worth experience preferred)
- Active Illinois P&C license (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
- Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)
- Desire to work in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment
