Finish Line Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor that is continuing to grow across Arizona. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects while mentoring Project Managers and driving successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do
- Lead multiple large-scale electrical construction projects simultaneously.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Project Managers overseeing $5M–$15M projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, procurement, and financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with field leadership to drive safety, quality, and production goals.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Partner with executive leadership on staffing, planning, and operational strategy.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and at the highest level of quality.
What We're Looking For
Electrical contracting experience is required.
Qualified candidates should have experience managing complex electrical construction projects within one or more of the following markets:
- Healthcare / Hospitals
- Manufacturing
- Commercial
- Data Centers
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven success managing large electrical construction projects.
- Experience leading and mentoring Project Managers responsible for projects ranging from $5M–$15M.
- Strong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- A hands-on, ownership mentality with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- A stable work history with demonstrated career progression. Candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $175,000–$200,000
- Formula-based Project Bonus
- Company-Wide Annual Bonus (eligible after one full calendar year)
