Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels of ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste through effective stock control
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures across all kitchen activities

- Oversee food handling, storage, and preparation processes to ensure compliance with health standards

Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
