Assistant General Manager duties:

Performs General Manager's duties in General Manager's absence.

Supervises the operation of the restaurant and directs and coordinates all staff.

Receives and checks in all deliveries.
-
Monitors inventory levels and informs General Manager what is needed.

Supervises door-hanging crews.
-
Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction.

Makes sure restaurant is kept clean.
-
Dispatches orders to drivers.
-
Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
