Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartending Supervisor to lead our bar team and elevate the guest experience. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar service, ensuring smooth operations during shifts
- Lead by example in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and standards
- Manage cash handling, processing transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Train and mentor bartenders on beverage recipes, mixology techniques, food safety protocols, and customer service excellence
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
Experience
- Proven experience in bartending with strong cocktail crafting skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beers
- Prior supervisory or bar management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities during busy shifts
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest interactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling practices within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is preferred but not required
