As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing various aesthetic treatments, educating clients on skincare regimens, and promoting our services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, advanced skin treatment and other esthetic treatments.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software to ensure efficient operations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry, including techniques in cosmetology, tattooing, and barbering.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Aesthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment management is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
