We are a full-service, team-oriented residential property management company built on a collaborative culture. We exclusively manage residential rental properties—no real estate sales—and currently oversee more than 300 single-family homes throughout Las Vegas.
We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, a problem solver, and eager to build a long-term career in residential property management.
We provide structured, hands-on training and are open to hiring a motivated candidate who is actively pursuing their Nevada Real Estate License, Property Management Permit, and REALTOR® membership.
Position Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, including:
- Show available homes and conduct leasing activities.
- Execute and enforce lease agreements.
- Perform move-out inspections and process security deposit dispositions.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Manage HOA-related matters.
- Effectively communicate as a point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors.
- Conduct routine property evaluations to identify maintenance needs and ensure homes are well maintained.
- Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and financial information.
- Assist with additional property management responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping skills.
- Sound judgment and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- General bookkeeping knowledge.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Nevada Real Estate License or currently enrolled in Nevada pre-licensing courses (license must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Property Management Permit (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Current Las Vegas REALTOR® or willingness to become a REALTOR® within 30 days of obtaining or transferring a Nevada Real Estate License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous residential property management experience.
- Basic knowledge of residential home repairs and maintenance.
- Experience using AppFolio property management software.
- Bachelor's degree.
