Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light commercial HVAC systems

Service equipment including package units, split systems, heat pumps, and rooftop units

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Identify mechanical or electrical issues and provide effective solutions

Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommended repairs
-
Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders

Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards
Qualifications

Experience servicing light commercial HVAC systems (5–25 ton range)

Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical components

Familiarity with RTUs, split systems, controls, and refrigerant systems
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
