Pay: $28.50 - $33 per hour

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident assessments
Perform clinical procedures, including wound care, with skill and compassion
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
Active and valid LPN license in the State of Florida
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
