Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of cabins, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor facilities to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment
- Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment when necessary to ensure deep cleaning of large or heavily used areas
- Maintain cleanliness schedules and document completed tasks to ensure consistent quality standards
- Assist with light maintenance duties related to housekeeping management, such as reporting repairs or safety hazards
- Support guest check-in/check-out processes by preparing accommodations promptly and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in an outdoor hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work seasonal hours including weekends and holidays during peak periods
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service and teamwork
- Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
