What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in a mixed acuity PCU
- Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and titrate medications as needed
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to patient needs, including use of CPAP/BiPAP equipment and med titrations
- Ensure safety and compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
- Adapt to float requirements within the organization as needed
What You Need
- Ohio RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or med/surg experience
- Comfortable with CPAP/BiPAP, med titrations, and charge nurse responsibilities
- Able to work night shifts and float within the organization

This 31-bed unit supports medicine services, caring for both stepdown and medical-surgical patients. The unit primarily services a mix of acuity levels and requires dedicated, adaptable nurses to deliver excellent patient care. The facility offers a collaborative environment with state-of-the-art technology, including EPIC documentation and Omnicell medication systems.
