Residential Apartment Community located in Allentown, PA is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 year’s experience and valid current driver’s license is required.
This position is parttime (30+ Hrs. weekly) that may require nights and weekends for emergency calls after hours. 24/7 Snow Removal on call is required from November to April. This position reports directly to the Property Manager. Background clearances and drug testing required.
Starting Hourly Rate of $19.50 per hour + Year End Performance Bonus.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma
Valid Current Driver’s License
General Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC knowledge is a must
Outdoor Ground Maintenance including lawn mowing, landscape maintenance, and snow removal.
Drywall Prep, Repair and Painting
Carpentry skills
Must be experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
Complete maintenance paperwork and company forms accurately
Organize and Maintain maintenance supplies, tools and equipment
Professional and Courteous when dealing with residents, vendors and management
Other tasks needed by the Property Manager
