We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, present suitable products, and negotiate deals that lead to successful transactions. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized inventory control system to track product availability and manage stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to better serve customers.
Skills
- Ability to learn and strong intercommunication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish) is a great plus
- A background in automotive sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
