Seattle Veterinary Associates a local run organization that has been a part of the community for over 50 years. We have a group of five locations in the greater Seattle area. We are building out a new Urgent Care facility in the Broadview area of Seattle and are looking for an experienced veterinary assistant.
We are open to applications from Experienced (2+ years) Veterinary Assistants, who find joy in their work while delivering excellent care to pets and their owners. You must comfortable handling high-stress situations and emergent presentations, including life-threatening illnesses or injuries. The ideal candidate should be adept at communicating thoroughly and calmly with distraught clients during emergencies, and willing to follow doctor-driven treatment orders for sick/critical patients. We appreciate individuals who are open to learning new treatment strategies under the supervision of doctors and always approach challenges with a "yes we can" attitude when helping clients and patients in need.
