Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate KIOSK systems such as Toast KIOSK to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and adhering to food safety protocols.
