background in welding techniques, safety protocols, and metal fabrication, as well as the ability to travel to job sites as needed. Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding based on project needs
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Measure and cut materials to specifications
- Inspect welds and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Travel to different job sites as required (travel may include overnight stays)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional welding experience (industrial or commercial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly
- Valid driver's license (REAL ID/DOT/ CDL is a plus)
- Welding certifications (preferred but not required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with structural steel, pipe welding, or field installation
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
