About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst / Billing Specialist to support weekly billing operations and light email monitoring. This part‑time role is ideal for a professional who excels in accounts receivable, QuickBooks Online, and consistent, accurate invoicing. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly invoicing using QuickBooks Online (advanced proficiency required)
- Email monitoring throughout the week for billing‑related communication
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation of all billing activities
- Collaborating directly with the CEO on financial updates and invoice status
- Participating in paid training to learn internal processes and workflow
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Must be local to Washington, DC or Northern Virginia
- Must be available on Mondays
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience supporting executive leadership
- Ability to work independently in a remote‑capable environment
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a part‑time role requiring 2–3 hours per week, with flexibility throughout the week for email monitoring. Work is remote‑capable, though candidates must reside in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia region.
Compensation
