Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Perform specialized treatments such as , nail care, and all hair services to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items through upselling techniques to boost your revenue.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable styles or treatments, and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of state licensing requirements.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, and grooming services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals.
- 2 years experience recommended , not required.
