Direct Support Professionals & Caregivers - 2nd & 3rd Shift

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, or Home Health Aide! As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in an in-home environment.
PAID TRAINING REQUIRED: New hires must complete a 3-week training class, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. You are paid for all training hours.
Hiring for the following shifts:
- Full-Time: 2nd & 3rd Shift Rotating Schedules
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Support with daily living skills (ADLs/IADLs) in the home
- Follow individual service plans and implement behavior support strategies
- Assist with medication reminders, mobility, and transport as needed
- Engage in social activities and help build life skills
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment
- Document care notes and incidents accurately and on time
- Ensure dignity, privacy, and respect are upheld at all times
Who We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional, CNA, PCA, or Caregiver is a plus—but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals who want to help others succeed
- Ability to lift or transfer individuals and provide mobility assistance
- Comfortable working in group home, residential, or in-home care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
All Direct Support Professional positions require a valid SC Driver's License and clean Background Check. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
