Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skilled construction tasks on commercial and industrial job sites
- Assist with concrete restoration, repair, and placement
- Install sealants, coatings, and specialty construction materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Read and follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions
- Prepare work areas, perform demolition, and complete site cleanup
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Follow company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with foremen, superintendents, and fellow crew members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
- Concrete restoration and repair
- Masonry
- Caulking and waterproofing
- Epoxy flooring and coatings
- Polished concrete
- General commercial construction
- Ability to use common construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
