Catawba Valley Staffing Inc. is seeking dependable and hardworking Entry-Level General Laborers to join our team in Morganton, NC. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to perform a variety of physical tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general labor and production duties.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Support warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly operations as needed.

Qualifications
