Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Engage in research-driven sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling.
- Negotiate employment contracts, salary packages, and benefits with candidates to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Lever to ensure seamless candidate flow and data accuracy throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on employee orientation plans, onboarding procedures, and employee evaluation processes.
- Stay informed on employment & labor law compliance to uphold fair hiring practices and mitigate legal risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent management, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing with familiarity in ATS platforms
- Strong interviewing skills combined with expertise in negotiation and sales techniques to attract top talent.
- Excellent research abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
- Understanding of employment law regulations and labor standards across diverse regions.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
