In this important role, you’ll lead nursing staff training and development efforts, ensuring our team delivers the highest quality care to our residents.
This is a great opportunity for an RN with at least 1 year of experience who wants to take a step into a leadership role and make a real difference.
Design and lead comprehensive orientation programs for new nursing staff
Coordinate ongoing training and in-services to keep staff up to date on best practices and regulations
Monitor and document staff competencies and certifications to ensure compliance
Support professional growth and foster a positive, learning-focused environment
Collaborate with leadership to prepare for surveys and improve quality outcomes
Active Georgia RN license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (experience in long-term care is a plus)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
