Join a growing team and work outdoors every day. America’s Auto Auction Phoenix is expanding and looking for reliable, energetic individuals to support our lot operations.
-
Move Vehicles across staging, storage, and operational areas
-
Organize the Lot by positioning vehicles and managing yard flow
-
Follow Safety Protocols in high-traffic areas
-
Assist With Sale-Day Setup and breakdown
-
Maintain Work Areas and equipment zones
-
Communicate With the Team to coordinate movement and tasks
-
Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
-
Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
-
Clear communication and teamwork skills
-
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
-
Comfort working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to operate vehicle's responsibly
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in automotive, warehouse, logistics, or yard operations is a plus
-
Work outdoors in all weather
-
Walk and stand for most of the shift
-
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
