Savor Beauty is a fast-growing clean skincare brand with vertically integrated manufacturing, two New York City facial spas, a thriving Ecom business, and a growing wholesale division. We create high-performance clean Korean skincare, handcrafted in small batches in New York.
We are seeking an experienced Ecom + Growth Manager to own the performance of our online business and drive profitable revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Ecom + Growth Manager is responsible for growing online revenue through customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, digital merchandising, paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
This role owns the digital customer journey from first click to repeat purchase and is accountable for identifying growth opportunities, solving problems, and driving results.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable analyzing performance data, optimizing a Shopify store with various apps, building a Klaviyo campaign, managing paid media, and launching new growth initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Own Ecom revenue performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, customer lifetime value, and profitability.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance while analyzing key business metrics to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns, including creative testing, audience testing, campaign optimization, and coordination with external agencies and consultants as needed.
- Own Klaviyo email and SMS marketing strategy and execution, including customer journeys, automations, replenishment campaigns, win-back campaigns, promotional calendars, and loyalty, rewards, VIP, referral, and affiliate programs.
- Continuously improve website conversion through testing and optimization of landing pages, PDPs, collections, bundles, subscriptions, checkout experiences, Average Order Value (AOV), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Own the day-to-day performance of the Shopify store, including product pages, collections, merchandising, promotions, and site content, while ensuring a seamless customer experience across desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to align promotions with inventory levels.
- Track and report on key performance indicators across Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and advertising platforms, and present data-driven recommendations and action plans.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in Ecom, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven success growing a DTC beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
- Strong Shopify experience.
- Advanced Klaviyo experience.
- Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues, prioritize solutions, and execute without requiring daily founder direction.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Preferred
- Beauty, skincare, wellness, or luxury consumer brand experience.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.
- Experience with subscription, loyalty, referral, and affiliate programs.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
