We are currently in need of a Nurse Practitioner to work with our team of experienced staff members. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for helping patients manage respiratory illnesses and other breathing difficulties, and they will need to be able to take on a large amount of responsibility as well as coordinate their efforts with other staff members. Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients and caregivers on the management of acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
- Develop and implement care plans based on assessment of patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
- Order diagnostic and therapeutic tests as appropriate.
- Develop discharge plans that are compatible with co-morbid conditions.
- Assess and monitor patients' response to treatment plan.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to develop a comprehensive, safe care plan for patient.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
