Main Effort Roofing is hiring a Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from initial inspection through final completion, ensuring smooth handoffs between sales, production, and the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage roofing projects from contract signing through job completion
- Coordinate with sales reps, crews, suppliers, and insurance adjusters
- Schedule and oversee production timelines to keep jobs on track
- Conduct quality control checks and site visits
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project
- Process and track insurance claim documentation and approvals
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, material delays, and on-site issues
- Maintain accurate project files and job status updates in CRM
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in roofing, construction, or project management preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with insurance claims process a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
