At Seacoast ABA Therapy & Consulting, our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are professionals who work one on one with children in our clinic location, as well as in the children's homes, schools and community settings.
All RBTs will receive ongoing supervision by a BCBA and will engage in behavior analytic professional development activities.
RBTs are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA. The RBT will run programs and collect data under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT is not responsible for the designing of interventions, conducting in-depth assessments, or developing skill acquisition or behavior reduction plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Possess a minimum of a high school diploma
· Ability to pass a criminal background check
· Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
· Must possess an active driver's license and hold a current auto insurance policy
Other skills:
· Interpersonal skills needed to manage crisis situations
· Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
