Dolan Construction is a high-end residential/commercial construction company working in the Seattle/Greater Seattle area. We like architecturally significant projects and work with the highest profile architects in town. Dolan construction self performs many aspects of work, incorporating steel, woodworking, window assemblies, exterior envelopes, hardscape packages, etc..
We are looking for a high-end carpenter with experience in custom homes.
This is a hands-on position and requires the ability to work as a team, be adaptable and have a positive attitude. With on-site Project Managers, there are several opportunities to learn and grow your skills!

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- 5+ years of experience
- Truck/Work van or reliable transportation
- Standard carpentry tools (specialty tools will be available for use)
- Work well with a crew with the ability to work independently if needed.
- Clean and presentable work attire
- Good communication and listening
- Be organized and be able to track time
- High-end residential experience
- Be able to think on your feet and problem-solve issues
Preferred:
- Read blueprints and communicate with PM
