Schedule

- Approximately 12-20 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Respond to applicant inquiries
- Conduct phone screenings
- Verify professional references
- Maintain hiring and onboarding records
- Track applicants through the hiring process
- Manage postings on Indeed
- Schedule interviews and consultations
- Support general office operations
