Qualifications

BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Responsibilities

Prioritizing safety, televisibility, and rapport to create a place where the client is comfortable and prepared to learn

Be the leader overseeing all child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, training, treatment recommendations, and consultations to maintain excellent clinical standards

You will maximize client progress to help develop and maintain treatment plans through data collection graphing charts and make necessary changes to ensure best practices are being administered

ABA advocate to ensure parent meetings/trainings are conducted, while also promoting services

Protect clients’ rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations

Develop and supervise training programs for staff development using evidence-based strategies

Support the Behavior Technicians to ensure quality services
