We're Hiring: Hiring Manager (Trucking Industry)
Our growing trucking company is looking for an experienced Hiring Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in trucking industry recruiting and hiring
✅ Ability to manage the complete hiring process from start to finish
✅ Experience sourcing and generating qualified driver leads
✅ Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills
✅ Knowledge of DOT and trucking industry hiring requirements
✅ Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage all recruiting and hiring activities
- Find and develop new driver leads
- Screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Maintain recruiting records and hiring documentation
- Work closely with management to meet staffing goals
- Build relationships with drivers and industry contacts
