Flying Dog Garage has been Kalamazoo's Euro and import specialist shop since 2007 — BMW, Audi, MINI, Mercedes, Toyota/Lexus, and more. We're a small, tight team with more work than we can keep up with, and we're looking for another good technician to join us.
We're looking for someone who can handle heavy-line work — clutches, timing belts and chains, major component jobs — alongside the regular mix of service and repair work that comes through the door. If diagnostic work is part of what you enjoy, even better. European experience is a plus but not required — if you've got strong fundamentals and want to learn the platforms, we'll work with you.
What we offer:
- Flat-rate pay, $38–$55+/hr — techs here run $60K–$115K+ annually depending on experience and production
- Weekends off
- If you're coming from domestic/Asian and want to specialize in European work, we'll talk about a guaranteed floor while you ramp — no gambling your paycheck to learn something new

What we're looking for:
- Michigan state certifications (required); ASE is a plus but not required
- This is hands-on work — expect lifting up to 60 lbs and being on your feet most of the day
