River Born Construction is hiring experienced residential framers to join our team in the Treasure Valley. We build custom homes, additions, and remodels, and we're looking for people who know how to frame efficiently, produce quality work, and show up ready to work every day.

Responsibilities
- Frame custom homes, additions, and remodels
- Read and work from construction plans
- Layout and frame floors, walls, roofs, and stairs
- Install engineered beams, headers, and structural hardware
- Work safely and maintain a clean job site
- Communicate effectively with the crew and project leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of residential framing experience
- Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic framing hand tools
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs. and work at heights
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
