Job Overview
Stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter as a Carpenter/Handyman building premium guardhouses in our new 50,000 square-foot facility. Immediate openings are available for individuals with the necessary range of experience required to build pre-manufactured guardhouses.
Duties
- Framing, flooring, windows/ doors, metal siding, finishing.
- Must be able to read a basic set of construction plans.
- Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately
Skills
- Ability to self motivate and work efficiently without getting distracted.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to work efficiently with deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
