Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Monogram Shop Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within our embroidery and monogramming shop. This role demands strong management skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient store performance, maintain inventory control, and foster a positive team environment to support our company's growth.
Duties
- Manage daily shop operations, including overseeing staff schedules, shift management, and workflow organization
- Work with customers and provide the details of their orders to set-up personel and machine operators
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation
- Handle purchasing decisions for individual orders
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling, and financial recordkeeping
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and ensure stock accuracy
- Manage operational tasks such as budgeting, sales management, and store maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols
Skills
- Proven management experience within the retail or embroidery industry with supervising responsibilities
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping tools
- Sound knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, sales techniques, and operational management
- Experience with cash handling, and financial recordkeeping
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work culture
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of store operations
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a dynamic team to successfully create and fulfill orders. You must be able to multi task through out the day and be able to work with customers to get details and plans for their orders that can be communicated to the team.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
