Job Description
- Prepare and test lab-scale samples for customer, research, and manufacturing projects.
- Analyze test results and provide data to support decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory and production equipment.
- Support machine scale-up and process improvement activities.
- Maintain laboratory records, logs, and electronic documentation.
- Conduct research and gather technical information for problem-solving.
- Perform stoichiometric calculations using software or manual methods.
- Follow EHS, SOP, and Responsible Care requirements.
- Work with manufacturing, research, and customer teams as needed.
- Ensure product quality through accurate and timely reporting.
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of laboratory, manufacturing, or technical support experience
- Laboratory testing and sample preparation
- Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance

Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $16.50 to $24.50 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
