Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and promptness
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
