Jasmin Terrace at El Molino is an assisted living facility for patients experiencing memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimers. The front desk is an essential place in our facility. The receptionist is in charge of answering the door and phone calls, assisting residents and visitors with directions and general questions, and watching the cameras ensures are resident's are safe and keeping an eye on the resident's who are a flight risk.
Training will take place on weekdays.
Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and manage the visitation appointment calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and organizing documents
- Watch cameras to ensure residents are safe and to preventing eloping from the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a facility or medical office is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks
