Experienced Roofer — Hogan Roofing & Waterproofing

Hogan Roofing & Waterproofing is looking for a skilled, dependable roofer to join our crew. We handle residential and commercial roofing across South Florida, and we're after someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and treats every job like it matters. If you know your way around a roof and bring a great attitude to the crew, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Perform tear-offs (rip off) and prep roof decks for new systems
- Complete dry-in and underlayment installation to code and manufacturer specs
- Install shingle, tile, and flat (low-slope) roofing systems
- Handle basic carpentry related to roof repair and replacement (decking, fascia, sheathing)
- Work safely and keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with your crew lead and teammates throughout the day
- Show up on time, ready to work, and ready to do it right
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on roofing experience
- Proven skill across rip off, dry-in, shingles, tile, and flat roof systems
- Basic carpentry ability
- A great attitude and strong work ethic — you're a team player
- Reliability you can stand behind (consistent attendance and punctuality)
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish proficiency required (English/Spanish bilingual is a big plus)
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and at heights
- Reliable transportation to job sites
