Title: CNC Setup Operator – 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Operator to join our machining team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform machining operations including drilling, tapping, grinding, and deburring
- Inspect parts using calipers and measuring tools
- Complete production and inspection documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- 2+ years CNC milling setup experience
- 2+ years CNC mill operation experience
- Experience using calipers and measuring tools
- Ability to read blueprints
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Experience with grinding, drilling, tapping, milling, and deburring
- Inspection documentation experience
Experience:
- CNC Setup: 2 years (Required)
- CNC Mill Operation: 2 years (Required)
- Blueprint Reading: 2 years (Required)
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
