We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician specializing in Sugar Waxing, Tanning, and Lash Lifting to join our vibrant skincare team. Duties
- Perform body waxing services, including sugar waxing and traditional waxing techniques, ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Apply tanning treatments using spray or self-tanning products, providing clients with a natural-looking glow tailored to their preferences.
- Conduct lash lifting procedures to enhance the natural curl and length of eyelashes, creating stunning eye enhancements.
- Deliver customized facials
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to promote ongoing skin health and treatment results.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide professional advice, and foster a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in skincare treatments.
- Proven experience in spa services such as facials, waxing - can train for sugaring lash lifts, and spray tanning treatments.
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures like dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Enthusiasm for retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
