Rocky Mountain Sports is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Bow Technician to join Tagged Out Archery Pro Shop. Tagged Out Archery Pro Shop is one of the fastest-growing archery shops in the region. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, expert knowledge, and quality workmanship. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who is excited to grow with us and become part of an energetic, fast-paced team.
We have a proven system for setting up and servicing bows, and we're looking for someone who is willing to learn and consistently follow the Tagged Out method so every customer receives the same high standard of care.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with bow setup, tuning, maintenance, and accessories.
- Learn to perform bow repairs, string and cable replacements, paper tuning, sight installation, and other archery services.
- Help customers select equipment that best fits their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with the rest of our bow technicians to provide consistent, high-quality service.
- Continue learning and developing your knowledge of archery equipment and technology as the industry changes.

Experience
Previous bow technician experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person. What matters most is your willingness to learn, take direction, and become part of our team.
Bonus Qualifications
While not required, we'd love to meet applicants who:
- Are avid bowhunters.
- Have hands-on experience with bows and archery equipment.
- Enjoy helping others become more successful in the field.
Seasonal Expectations
While archery is our passion, it is also a seasonal business. During our busy season, you'll spend the majority of your time in the archery department. During the slower months, you'll be expected to assist throughout Rocky Mountain Sports wherever needed. We value team members who are flexible, adaptable, and willing to contribute to the success of the entire store.
