American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Outpatient Urology Clinic position requiring hands-on urology procedural experience and a valid VA or compact RN license.

Outpatient urology clinic setting
-
Procedures include cystoscopies, vasectomies, suprapubic and foley catheter changes, bladder installations, bladder scanning, and PVR measurements
-
Urodynamics testing experience is required (not just assisting)

Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers

Active VA state RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of urology and outpatient clinic nursing experience required

Graduation from an accredited nursing school (ACEN or CCNE accredited); diploma, Associates, or BSN accepted

2 professional references from supervisor level or above required for consideration

Responsibilities include performing urodynamics tests, nurse visits, and a full range of urology clinic procedures

BSN preferred but not required

Candidates must not have been employed by the facility within the previous 12 months
