Job Summary
Double J Trailers is looking for certified tech to Join our team. We primarily service horse trailers, including living quarters, but also service all types of trailers. We need a Technician that will be the driving force behind ensuring that our customers’ trailers are safe, reliable, and ready for the road. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of trailers, utilizing your mechanical expertise and passion for repair. Your hands-on skills and customer-focused attitude will help deliver top-quality service that keeps our clients happy and their journeys worry-free. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Duties
- Troubleshoot and perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of trailers including electrical systems, HVAC units, roof repair and more
- Conduct routine maintenance such as bearing repacks , brake repairs, winterization
- Proven dealership or service technician experience working on recreational vehicles or similar automotive platforms
- Strong mechanical knowledge of RV systems including electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC units and more
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and heavy lifting safely
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
Pay: $19.00 - $40.00 per hour
